Behavioral and dopaminergic signatures of resilience

Published on by Lindsay Willmore
Data for https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.03.18.484885v1 [in press]. Code for analysis at https://github.com/lwillmore/QuantifyingDefeat. From recording experiments during social defeat: 1. Raw body part tracking x,y coordinates (from DeepLabCut). 2. Features (12) extracted from raw data used for downstream analysis. 3. Aligned fiber photometry GCaMP6f traces from dopaminergic projections in the nucleus accumbens and tail of the striatum. From recording experiments during social interaction test: 1. Raw body part tracking (from Ethovision). 2. Aligned fiber photometry GCaMP6f. From optogenetic manipulation experiments: 1. Raw body part tracking x,y coordinates (from DeepLabCut). 2. Features (12) extracted from raw data used for downstream analysis. 3. Laser on/off times.
