Age and diet shape the genetic architecture of body weight in Diversity Outbred mice

This project explores how the genetic architecture of body weight is modulated by different environments, in particular distinct diets and ages, in Diversity Outbred mice. Data used in this project include genotype data and longitudinally measured body weight data in 960 DO mice.
