Posted on 2018-09-03 - 09:31
Single cell genomes of Prochlorococcus, Synechococcus, and sympatric microbes from varied regions of the global ocean. This data set contains genomes of 489 Prochlorococcus, 50 Synechococcus, and 190 additional microbes that co-exist with these cyanobacterial groups. ProPortal CyCOGs version 6.0, a set of precomputed definitions of CyCOGs (Cyanobacterial and cyanophage Clusters of Orthologous Groups of proteins), is provided to facilitate comparative genomics studies.
