MGEN2020 - Visualising variation within Global Pneumococcal Sequence Clusters (GPSCs) and country population snapshots to contextualise pneumococcal isolates
Knowledge of pneumococcal lineages, their geographical distribution and antibiotic resistance patterns can give insights into global pneumococcal disease. To facilitate any potential subsequent analyses and reach the findings to a wider community, here we provide the input and output of the following analyses:
