Data are organised by:
Phylogenomics - data used to infer the phylogeny of land plants from transcriptomic data
Molecular clock - data used to infer divergence times of land plants using molecular sequence data and fossils
ALE rooting - using gene tree reconciliation to infer the topology of land plants without a root. Gene tree reconciliation also provides ancestral reconstruction of gene copy number along a dated phylogeny
