Data files - Contribution of microbial photosynthesis to peatland carbon uptake along a latitudinal gradient

Posted on 2021-06-14 - 09:58 authored by Vincent Jassey
This collection contains all data used in Hamard et al. 2021, Journal of Ecology.

DataSheet1: This dataset contains enviromental and edaphic parameters for every peatland along a latitudinal gradient from southern France to northern Sweden

DataSheet2: This dataset contains biological data (essentially variables concerning microbial and Sphagnum community structure and functions) that have been analyzed in Sphagnum mosses collected in five peatlands along a latitudinal gradient from southern France to northern Sweden.
