This collection contains three data sets used in the publication "Genetic and environmental indicators of climate change vulnerability for desert bighorn sheep" (Creech et al. 2020, Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution) and not publicly available elsewhere.

(1) Multilocus microsatellite genotypes and sampling coordinates for desert bighorn sheep individuals. Coordinates are in North America Albers Equal Area Conic projection [ESRI:102008].

(2) Habitat patch polygons for 62 desert bighorn sheep populations. Spatial data are in ESRI shapefile format.

(3) Landscape resistance surface for desert bighorn sheep in the southwestern United States. File is in GeoTIFF raster format.
