This collection contains bilateral international migration flow estimates between 200 countries for five-year periods between 1990-1995 and 2015-2020 presented in Abel & Cohen (2019). Two data sets are available:

1. Origin-destination migration flow estimates.
2. Origin-destination migration flow estimates by type of move (outward, return and transit).

The R code and input data to replicate the estimates are also included, as are animated plots of the results of the estimate at the UN region level.

You might also be interested in files for sex-specific bilateral international migration flow estimates, provided in another Figshare collection.
