ASL_PLD

These recordings show point light displays of real and false American Sign Language content. Three types of content are present: fingerspelling of real and false city names; real and pseudo-signs, and ASL sentences which are either plausible or nonsensical. All stimuli are presented in four conditions: High/low fidelity of markers on the hands AND/OR high/low number of markers on the face. These stimuli were recorded in the Motion Light Lab in the VL2 Center at Gallaudet University under the direction of Dr. Lorna Quandt.
