Dr. Wipada Phinla graduated with a Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Honors) in Social Studies from the Faculty of Education, Mahasarakham University, Thailand. Master of Secondary Education (Social Studies Teaching), Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University, Thailand. Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction (Social Studies Teaching), Faculty of Education, Silpakorn University, Thailand. She is a lecturer in education. Major in social studies in the Faculty of Education at Thaksin University in Thailand. She was evaluated for the Thailand PSF (Professional Standard Framework) Teacher Competency Level 2 (Professional Teacher) on January 21, 2024. She is also interested in researching the development of 21st-century skills of students in social studies classes—education for citizenship development, community-based learning management, etc.
