I help people use computers to do better science.
I work as a scientific computing lab manager at the John Innes Centre. My current research interests include image analysis, computational biology and systems biology.
Before joining the JIC I worked as an applications scientist at the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre where my research focused on methods for utilising small molecule and macro-molecular crystallographic data in drug discovery and molecular design.
