I have over 15 years of experience in complex engineering projects as lecturer, project manager, and engineer. The blend of strategic thinking and creative problem-solving allows me to work successfully in a variety of industries such as academy, oil & gas, mining, and IT. My leadership and communication skills support a positive interaction with stakeholders and the team overcoming project challenges and delivering the business goals and remarkable results. Additionally, I continuously seek for new skills, knowledge, and tools in academic and technical training. Similarly, my academic background is diverse involving operational, tactical and strategical features. Accordingly, I hold the degrees of Bachelor of Engineering in Control and Automation, Specialist in Project Management, Master Business Administration, and Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering (Construction Management). I am also a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Prince2.
