I have worked in a variety of roles in industry before joining the University of Glasgow, Adam Smith Business School. I also worked as a management consultant in the areas of organisational development, culture and leadership. In this capacity, I have worked with hundreds of companies of all sizes and in all sectors throughout the UK and have also designed and delivered executive education programmes with a wide variety of organisations.
I am currently a Director of Postgraduate Professional Pathways programmes in the Business School and am also the Associate Director of Connections with Practice. As a lecturer in Entrepreneurship, my teaching focuses on consultancy and lean startup and is mostly experiential.
