Michael Anthony Milton is a Presbyterian minister (Presbyterian Church in America), educator, higher education administrator, Army Chaplain (Colonel) retired, author, composer, and artist. Milton holds degrees from the University of Wales (Ph.D.), the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (MPA), Erskine Theological Seminary (DMin), Knox Theological Seminary (MDiv), and the Defense Language Institute. He holds a postdoctoral certification in higher education teaching and learning from Harvard University (Bok Center for Teaching and Learning). A Command and General Staff College graduate and formerly an Army educator and Command Chaplain of US Military Intelligence Readiness Command, Milton retired after thirty-two years of service in the Navy, Army, and Army Reserve.
