Ku Nor Izah Ku Ismail is a professor at Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz School of Accountancy, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She obtained her BSc (Accounting) from Western Kentucky University, MBA from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and PhD in Accounting from Cardiff University. She teaches Financial Modelling and Financial Accounting subjects, and supervises PhD students. She also held administrative posts and sat in various committees in the university. Currently, she is the Director of the ACCSB Accreditation Unit of the UUM College of Business, as well as a Chief Editor of Malaysian Management Journal. At the national level, she served on the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) Council from 2009 to 2013. Ku Nor Izah is actively involved in academic research and writing. She has obtained several research grants and published books and articles in various journals, including Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Multinational Financial Management, and Asian Review of Accounting
