Carol Bichene Ebuta holds a Ph.D in Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation from the prestigious University of Calabar, Nigeria. He is an intervention researcher with interest in psychometrics, testing and human behaviour. He is a member of many Professional Associations some of which are; Association of Educational Researchers and Evaluators of Nigeria (ASSEREN); International Association for innovations in Educational Assessment (IAIIEA).
