10 years in the UK living through the early days of the 'net (Demon Internet) and the dot-com bubble (boo.com). Another 10 years at Universities as a bookseller, and IT guy. Completed my Masters in Information Studies (Victoria NZ, with papers from Rutgers) in 2014, and currently working at the University of Canterbury NZ as a Research Data Co-ordinator.
