Dr. Moreno is a physician-scientist and board-certified clinical informatician/radiation oncologist in the Department of Radiation Oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She serves as the Informatics Core lead of MD Anderson's prospective Oropharynx Cancer program and the Clinical Lead of MD Anderson's Institute for Data Science in Oncology (IDSO) Fellowship program. Dr. Moreno specializes in the management of head and neck cancers, and her research area focuses on leveraging multimodal clinical data, multidisciplinary knowledge, and implementation science methods to develop ontological systems, information tools, and machine/deep learning models that optimize cancer care coordination, clinical workflows, and the accurate and early diagnosis and management of treatment-related toxicities.
