Engineering hydrologist (BEng/MEng and PhD in Civil & Environmental Engineering) with over 20 years’ experience in hydrological processes, in-situ and remote data analysis and modelling for river hydrogeomorphology and Green Infrastructure. AD currently leads a project on understanding Patagonian gravel-bed rivers and a project on monitoring flash floods and debris flows in highly dynamic catchments in the southern Andes using low-cost online sensors. AD is associate researcher at www.uaysen.cl and at www.ciep.cl, associate at www.watres.com and visiting professor at Middlesex University, UK.
