Assoc.Prof. Ahmet KESER (Ph.D.) is a faculty member of Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKU) at the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Department of Political Science and International Relations/Gaziantep-Turkey. He has completed Ph.D. education on Public Administration at the “Public Administration Institute for Turkey and the Middle East/Ankara. He gives lectures on Political Science, Public Administration, Policy Transfer and Analysis at HKU and on Strategic Communication and Negotiation Techniques at the National defence University/Ankara and has given lectures at the German UN Training Center as a Guest Instructor. His work has been published in Amme İdaresi Dergisi (Journal of Public Administration), Review of Public Administration, Turkish Studies, Nobel Medicus, International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms, Studies in Conflict and Security, Journal of Health Planning and Management, International Journal of Occupational Safety and Ergonomics.
