Dr. Abiola Olaniran is currently working as lecturer at Department of Microbiology, Landmark University Omu- Aran, Nigeria. My research interest is focused on weaning foods development, food microbiology, food chemistry, biopreservation, bioprocessing and food safety; by studying the effects of microorganisms on health, its importance in under-utilized and short shelf life foods, which are challenging to the food chain.
