Sex differentiation and sex reversal in Atlantic Slamon (Salmo salar)

This thesis provides original and substantial understanding into: the timing of sex differentiation; the age at which sex differentiation can be manipulated by application of an exogenous androgen or type II aromatase inhibitor; and the roles of several genes during sex differentiation and female-to-male sex reversal in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar).
