Sample codes for the assessment of baroreflex sensitivity (BRS)

The sample codes are part of the Research Topic of Frontiers "Methods on the Assessment of Human Baroreflex Function". The users (including the potential contributors of this Research Topic) can revise or test to fit their research. The codes contain four separate methods (brsWelch3 for Welch's periodogram, brsLomb for Lomb-Scargle periodogram, brsAR3 for AR PSD, brsMorl3 for complex Morlet wavelet and brsGAF3 for Gaussian average filtering decomposition) for BRS by spectral approaches and one code for ectopic beats removal (which is named as EctopicBeat). The programs are coded by Yue-Der Lin (Feng Chia University, Taiwan), with the collaboration with Professor Andre' Diedrich (Vanderbilt University, USA).
