MicroRNA-binding thermodynamics and kinetics by RNA Bind-n-Seq

RBNS was developed to qualitatively describe the specificity of RNA-binding proteins. Here, we present an analytical strategy to measure absolute affinity values and relative association and dissociation rate constants from RBNS data. All original code and two data examples have been deposited here.
