SMFM

In this package, we provide resources including: source codes of SMFM, datasets, the models, and usage examples.

The benchmark dataset contains a training set and an independent test set. The datasets are used in paper "SMFM: Genome-wide Identification and Characterization of DNA Enhancers in Human Cell Lines using a Stacked Multivariate Fusion Model".

And the SMFM algorithm is also available at https://github.com/no-banana/SMFM-master.
