Case repository - Turbulent Premixed Flame Modeling using The Algebraic Flame Surface Wrinkling (AFSW) Model. A Comparative Study Between OpenFOAM and Ansys Fluent.
These are the input files needed to reproduce the results presented in the following manuscript:
1. Kutkan, H.; Guerrero, J. Turbulent Premixed Flame Modeling Using the Algebraic Flame Surface Wrinkling Model: A Comparative Study between OpenFOAM and Ansys Fluent. Fluids 2021, 6, 462. https://doi.org/10.3390/fluids6120462
In the compressed file, you will find the input files of Ansys Fluent and OpenFOAM.
The cases are known to work with: 1. OpenFOAM version 8 2. Ansys Fluent version 19.R1 and newer versions (including the student versions).
You will also find a Python-based Cantera script to compute the thermophysical coefficients and molar weights of the unburnt and burnt mixture.
