Advancing South African Sign Language for 4IR Technological Development Using Placenames funded project by the Department of Sport, Arts, and Culture through the University of the Free State from April 2022 - June 2025. This project produced several research outputs and empowered an understanding of South African Sign Language technology advances.

This research is funded by the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture (South Africa) and conducted in collaboration with the Department of South African Sign Language and Deaf Studies (University of the Free State, South Africa).
