Talk Given at Texas A&M Digital Humanities Working Group, January 2106.  The talk focuses on the recent #EBBOGATE scandal and need for collaboration with content vendors to work towards a community curated open access library of texts. A particular focus of the talk is the new ESTC21 interface (currently under development) which will allow users to make available and crowd-curate open access texts.
