Kramers Escape Rate Problem

Presented in Specialization Seminar III course at Jagiellonian University, Poland. 

The course coordinator (Prof. Lech Long) suggest each student present two topics from the lecture note on Non-equilibrium statistical mechanics by Ronald Netz; that way we learned this subject. In my case, I got: 3.3. Microscopic derivation, and 6.3. Kramers problem. This presentation is about 6.3. Kramers problem.
