Tai Chi, a traditional exercise therapy with a long history in China, has been widely used in clinical practice in recent years. However, there is no study on the effect and mechanism of Tai Chi on dyskinesia in different Brunnstrom stages of stroke. This study presents a multicenter, randomized, controlled trial protocol to investigate the dose-response effect and mechanism of Tai Chi in treating stroke-induced motor dysfunction.
