Interpreting building-level Covid-19 wastewater monitoring data

Building-level wastewater monitoring can identify outbreaks, allowing mitigation measures to be put in place to prevent those outbreaks from growing. Wastewater concentrations of SARS-CoV-2 should be interpreted as a risk index that simultaneously estimates both the likelihood and the severity of a Covid-19 outbreak.
