This research involves the co-rumination of adolescents as their way of coping with interpersonal stress that they have experienced. Results suggest the possible effects of co-rumination on one's health and the role of positive coping in dealing with daily life stresses.

Ethics statement

All students who met the eligibility criteria were invited to participate, and their informed consent was required in order for them to take part. The objectives, risks, and advantages of the study were explained to the students in plain language. The versions of the informed consent form and the questionnaire were in both Filipino and English. Additionally, removal from the study will be allowed at any moment during its course. Every student was made anonymous for each section, and no student identification was shown in the data gathered. After the study was completed, all student records and questionnaires were destroyed. They were kept in a safe place to which only the researcher had access. Every student received the same level of attention whether they participated or not. Every bit of information was collected with the utmost secrecy and privacy.
