Rubra - flexible distributed pipelines

This poster was presented at the Bioinformatics Open Source Conference, 2013 (BOSC2013). It describes:

* Rubra, a tool for running analysis pipelines based on the Ruffus framework for Python,

* an implemented pipeline for calling variants from next-gen sequencing data.

We have released the code for both on github.
