Explore the factors affecting women's careers in the context of China's three-child policy

A poster presented at 2021 Loughborough University Research Conference: “Creating Change: Your Research Legacy", a part of the PhD study. This research will use a qualitative research method, aiming to investigate women’s careers experience and explain how women understand and interpret such policy changes in relation to careers and family life.
