VERSION 1 - The Equality Diversity and Inclusion cards

The objective of this project was to develop and initially test a prototype card-based tool to engage researchers with EDI in relation to their project and more widely. The tool was intended to be pragmatic in nature in relation to the researchers work and address four different levels of engagement. These were: raising awareness, providing knowledge, improving skills and enabling reflection in researchers with regards EDI in their work.  

The resulting prototype deck is intended to be a work in progress which could be further refined through ongoing testing and development informed by initial prototype and pilot stage.
