Questionnaire used for PIoS project

For the PIoS (Professional at the Interface of Science) project we developed an online questionnaire to explore the professional identities of those involved in the research funding ecosystem that work in non research performing organisations (non-RPOs), such as funders and policy makers.  The questionnaire was developed in Qualtrics, this is a PDF version of the questionnaire, showing the questions and options given.
