Mother was Lily Florence Bishop who served in the Women's Land Army (17/6/1940-28/9/1946). Worked in Wiltshire - Crofton (Pothecary's Farm), then Charnage Farm. Volunteered for Land Army but originally from London suburbs. Very much enjoyed her work.
