Assemblies and set of SuperTranscripts resulting from the work "Investigating the molecular basis of cleptobiosis in eusocial stingless bees (Apidae: Hymenoptera)". It includes eight files:

- Lestrimelitta_limao_denovo.fasta: De novo transcriptome assembly of the species Lestrimelitta limao;

- Lestrimelitta_limao_genes.fasta: Set of SuperTranscripts obtained from the de novo assembly of Lestrimelitta limao;
