Guide to ageing mountain sheep, with emphasis on methods for measuring yearly horn increments

This guide is a tool to help wildlife biologists assess the age of hunted mountain sheep. It complements the work prepared by different jurisdictions (Alaska, British Columbia, Yukon), intended for hunters, biologists and technicians. The guide does not seek to explain management regulations within jurisdictions and is not meant as a guide to identifying 'legal' rams.
