The process of learning English as a foreign language is a complete stage for the third
circle community. Indonesia is one of the countries where learning English as a foreign
language is compulsory based on National Regulation of Educational System. In addition,
Indonesia consists of a thousand islands, one of the largest archipelagic countries in the world.
However, not all educational processes fulfil the purpose of education at the national level.
There is still a need to reform the obstacle of the educational process and the teaching and
learning of English as a foreign language, from elementary level to higher educational
institution. Therefore, through the second literacy sources, I proposed this literacy through
the format of raw data to enrich the knowledge of the sixteen tenses of English language,
which support each session of teaching and learning besides the main sources of English
language teaching and learning module.
