A mouse islet loaded with Calbryte 520 and stimulated with 8 mM glucose and later 1 uM ACh. Initial activation, followed by a coordinated islet activity has been disrupted by ACh, forcing the beta cells to loose the coordination until it recovered after the ACh washou and application of stimulatory ryanodine.
