Disaster Scenes Database

We provide a small data set that is collected from multiple natural disasters and manually labeled in PASCAL format. The image scenes includes three types of disaster scenes: tornado, tsunami and earthquake. Besides the labeling of disaster types, the damage levels of built objects are labeled in terms of no to minor damage, moderate damage, and severe to collapse damage. Bounding boxes with an attention of the built objects in images are outlined.
