DNA radiation and different repair responses
The video shows a DNA strand which is exposed to ionizing radiation. Once the radiation fades away two different DNA damage repair mechanisms (green and red) rebuild the damaged site. The green one was successful, the red one remains damaged.
The simulation was created by using the open source software Blender 2.7.
