we-DELIVER: Holistic service delivery to older people in local government through ICTs - Tirelo Bosha Funding Proposal

The North-West University's we-DELIVER project aims to map information about resources and services available to older people in three pilot communities associated with the North-West University of South Africa. Information collected will be collated in a database and made available to older people and those working with older people via appropriate Information and Communications Technologies. we-DELIVER is funded through Tirelo Bosha, a public service improvement programme and partnership between the South African Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) and the Belgian Development Agency. This document is the proposal document that was submitted to the NWU's ethics committee for approval of the research after the funder had confirmed that the original application was successful.
