Raw.data.sheet is a CSV file that contains: trap number; odorant lure type; days in the field cage; number of male psyllids caught on baited trap; number of male psyllids caught on unbaited trap; number of female psyllids caught on baited trap; number of female psyllids caught on unbaited trap; total number of psyllids caught on baited trap; total number of psyllids caught on unbaited trap; number of males released into the field cage; number of females released into the field cage; weight of the lure; weight of the polyethylene bulb holding the lure; average temperature; average humidity; and odorant loss in mg. This CSV file was separated into individual D3 and D7 odorant files which were analyzed using Linear regression script D3.r and Linear regression script D7.r to determine if temperature or humidity significantly effected odorant loss. The Raw.data.sheet.csv was also reformatted into the KWallis D3 and KWallis D7 CSV files as well as the various Hori and Total odorant D3 and D7 CSV files. The Kwallis CSV files were analyzed using the KWallis.r script to run a Kruskal Wallis test to determine if any odorant outperformed the others. The Hori (a denotation used to indicate that the data put into the excel sheet was done horizontally rather than the usual vertically) and Total odourant CSV files were analyzed with the corresponding Sign-ranked test script: either D3 or D7. The Hori CSV files were used to check assumptions and the Total CSV files were used to run a Wilcoxon signed-rank test.

Field trial data is a CSV file containing Trap number; odorant lure type; days in the field; total number of psyllids caught; weight of the lure; weight of the polyethylene bulb holding the lure; and odorant loss in mg. This CSV file was analyzed using the Field data analysis v2.r file.
