Current
research on various fluorescence sensors based on metal
complexes has become popular. Herein, a robust, rapid fluorescence
response system was first established by combining the highest active
iridium complex (Ir-3)-functionalized magnetic bead (MB@Ir-3) and
natural fluorescent probe NAD+, which have the characteristics
of high reaction speed, sensitivity, easy quenching, and pollution-free.
Furthermore, the fluorescence response system demonstrated an ultrasensitive
and rapid detection performance for various mercapto compounds (cysteine,
reduced glutathione, and captopril) and captopril real samples in
commercial pharmaceutical tablet and urine samples. Thus, the established
fluorescence methods have provided a potential platform for mercapto
medicine determination in the clinic.
