Interactions of Cannabinoids and cannabinoid receptors: A Systematic Review

Main question of the study: Which cannabinoid ligands (Endocannabinoid, Phytocannabinoid, or synthetic ligands) bind to which receptors and with what conditions and binding parameters. Study goal: Finding the best candidates for cannabinoid ligand-receptor interactions in order to design new molecules for medical purposes. Keywords: cannabinoid, ligands, receptors Inclusion criteria: in-vitro, in-vivo (animal only) and in-silico studies that focus on ligand-receptor interactions and the pharmacology of cannabinoid ligands.
