FACTORS OF PROPENSITY TO OCCUPATIONAL STRESS: STUDY WITH SERVERS OF THE FEDERAL PUBLIC MINISTRY IN THE STATE OF MINAS GERAIS
The objective of this study was to identify, analyze and describe the propensity for occupational stress and the prevalent symptoms manifested by the employees of the Federal Public Ministry in the State of Minas Gerais. In methodological terms a descriptive, quantitative approach was carried out by means of a case study. The data were obtained by questionnaire, together with 74 subjects from a population of 243 individuals crowded in the city of Belo Horizonte. The results pointed out that among the factors of propensity to stress what contributes in a more important way was the interrelationship. Concerning the symptoms of stress, which were moderately evident were anxiety, fatigue and pain in the muscles of the neck and shoulders. As a coping strategy, the subjects studied use regular vacations as a priority.
