This study examined the nexus among emotional maturity and job satisfaction with emotional intelligence as a pathway between job satisfaction and emotional maturity of the faculty working in B-Schools in and around Hyderabad, an Indian Metro. The three multidimensional and reflective constructs emotional maturity, job satisfaction emotional intelligence measured to assess the influence emotional maturity and emotional intelligence on B-School Faculties’ job satisfaction.
