Top: Faeces and nasal swabs collected after each intralesional injection tested negative by RT/PCR, whereas controls yielded anticipated results. L: GeneRuler DNA Ladder mix (ThermoScientific). Bottom: Negative RT/PCR results obtained for nasal swabs were confirmed by plaque assay thus providing additional evidence for the biological safety of iNSA/E6E7equ and iNSB/E6E7equ.
